Scott Howard Jenkins
Trump forgave Jenkins on May 26, one day before he appeared to the Federal Prison. The former Sheriff of Virginia had been convicted of federal bribery positions and sentenced to 10 years. Jenkins pressed the administration for a forgiveness, and after being forgiven, Ed Martin tweeted “Maga was not far behind.”

Brian Kelsey
A former Republican state senator from Tennessee who declared himself guilty of a scheme of illegal campaign financing fraud. Kelsey repeatedly accused the Biden Administration of requiring the Department of Justice, a favorite line of President Trump.
“God used Donald Trump to save me from the Department of Justice Biden Armed,” Kelsey wrote in X, announcing that he had received forgiveness. Kelsey told the New York Times in an interview that three Republican members of the Delegation of the Tennessee Congress, representatives Mark Green, Chuck Fleischmann and Andy Ogles, all wrote letters in support of their request for a forgiveness that underwent the Trump administration in January. He said his clemency application probably resonated with Trump, whom he called “victim No. 1” of political persecution.
Kelsey also donated approximately $ 15,000 to the Trump 47 committee last year, according to the documents.
