2 more victims of a private plane accident in San Diego identified by the coroner

The names of two more people who were killed when the small private plane in which they were passengers crashed into a neighborhood of San Diego, California, launched last week on Sunday.
San Diego’s coroner confirmed that Dominic Christopher Damian, 41, and Kendall Fortner, 24, were among the six people aboard a 550 Cessna plane that crashed and exploded in flames on Thursday morning in the dense fog near the Executive Airport of Montgomery Gibbs.
All aboard the plane died, authorities said.

Eight people on the ground were injured, including five that were treated by smoke inhalation, authorities said. Multiple houses were destroyed and several vehicles were damaged, authorities said.
The accident occurred around 3:45 am when the private jet cut the electric lines and crashed in the Murphy Canyon neighborhood of San Diego seconds before it landed at the Executive Airport of Montgomery Gibbs, according to a researcher at the National Transport Security Board (NTSB).
The cause of the accident remains under investigation by the NTSB.

On Friday, the Forensic doctor confirmed the identities of three of the people aboard the plane who were killed as David Shapiro, 42, Emma Hoke, 25, and Celina Kenyon, 36.
The identity of the sixth person killed in cash has not been publicly confirmed by officials.
Shapiro was the co -founder of the Musical Talent Agency Sound Talent Group, the company said in a previous statement.
The company’s statement identified Fortner as a reserve associate with the agency, but Fortner’s identity was not officially confirmed by the forensic doctor until Sunday.

The plane flew from Wichita, Kansas, to San Diego when he crashed, authorities said. The plane originated in Teterboro, New Jersey, according to Flightradar24 Records. The plane stopped to refuel in Wichita, Kansas, before flying to San Diego, according to Flightradar24.
The Chief of Emergency Operations Assistant Fire Department of San Diego, Dan Eddy, said at a press conference on Thursday that there was a dense fog in the area at the time of the accident.
In air traffic control audio transmissions minutes before the accident, the pilot was registered by asking about climatic conditions, according to Liveatc.net.
The NTSB said that the airport’s weather reports, as well as the track lights, did not work at the time of the accident.
